Notice: No refunds - you may only transfer your class from one date to another, and only by written request via email due to illness. In addition, you must pass the final test at the end of the class in order to receive credit for your CEU. You must be present for all hands-on programs during classes. You must pay in full for all programs upon registration. You may not transfer your enrollment to another therapist. All CEUs must have at least 4 attendees in order to meet the required student minimum.
