To ensure a successful, long-term career, the massage therapist must maintain good physical condition and avoid injury. This lesson will discuss correct lifting techniques, self-awareness, nutrition and health, basic posture principles, pushing principle, and table mechanics.
 
Course Prerequisites
	
Must be 18 years old
	
Massage Liscense required
	
Come to class dressed professionally
	
Bring clean twin sheets (both flat and fitted), and a thin twin blanket if possible
