This course will give you an overview of the Eastern Massage Modalities Reiki Level 1  along with an  Intro. to  Chakras. You will be able to define the Theory of Five Elements and explain the Creation Cycle, as well as defining the Control Cycle and identifying the Twelve Meridians in the body.
The Hands on portion of this program you will be learning Eastern Modalities and exchanging a massage using the Chakras which will aid you in massage clinic and help you with the overall health of your client.
 
In addition, you will be taking the 6 hour Blood-Borne Pathogens course online. The Introduction to Blood-borne Pathogens course defines and discusses blood-borne pathogens relating to the massage industry. This course discusses the following: "Blood-borne Pathogen Standards". Defines necessary "Information and Training Requirements". Explains "Blood-borne Pathogens". Identifies "Transmission of Blood-borne Pathogens". Discusses the need of "Exposure - Control Plan". Defines "Methods of Compliance". Explains "Engineering and Work Practice Controls". Defines "Personal Protective Equipment". Identifies "Signs, Labels and Color Coding". Explains "Response to Emergencies involving Blood or Body Fluids". Discusses "House Keeping and Waste Disposal". Defines "Record Keeping". Identifies "Exposure Incidents". Discusses "Additional Resources about Blood Pathogens". Retake the course as many times as needed to retain skills necessary.
 
To complete your 24 CEU hour requirements, you will be taking the 6 mandatory CEUs, which are included FREE in this package online. The 2 hour Florida Laws and Rules course defines and discusses the laws and rules of Florida that pertain to the massage profession. The 2 hour Massage Ethics course discusses ethical considerations in the massage industry, emphasizing communication, codes of conduct, and safety in the workplace. The 2 hour Medical Errors course discusses how to make health care safer in the massage industry. This course highlights the issues we need to be aware of dealing with health care and its many components.

Come to class dressed professionally
